Accomplishments

  • Converted Bucks County Community College's legacy student information data system to a new system implemented in Workday using a complex set of procedures based on SQL and R

  • Used Tableau to create data visualizations for nationwide datasets for College Board which required extensive problem solving to accommodate the amount of data that needed to be processed

  • Built out the initial web front-end prototype for FPVExchange.com in React

  • Published the iOS Tasting Notes app on the Apple App Store

  • Wrote four books with Apress on Mobile App Development and Data Science

  • Designed and taught iPhone Boot Camp seminars that were delivered online and in-person

  • Used Visual Studio and C# to build a desktop app for ETS that automated the Test Analysis process and created data visualizations to help statisticians gather insights into test performance

  • Used Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for ETS that added functionality to Excel that would show the performance of test scores over time

  • Provided mental health crisis counseling at the Lower Bucks Hospital ER and Penn State Student Counselor crisis line
